HNMTF Session IN THE BAG!
Hammer No More The Fingers recorded an exclusive session for DbR at the fantastic Higher Rhythm studios…
HNMTF recorded five, previously unrecorded, tracks at the Doncaster Studio on Monday Fabruary 8th at the Doncaster Studio Higher Rhythm. Darren Feris was holding the mics and did an amazing job (it helps when the band can play hey Darren?).
DbR’s adopted film guy Jim Lockey was on hand to film proceedings and these images, accompanied by the recorded tracks, will form a short film about the session – We’ll keep you posted on this! SINE FM accommodated the band for an interview on this morning’s breakfast show and the recorded tracks were played out sounding great.
HNMTF play the Vintage Rockbar in Doncaster tomorrow night (13th Feb 2010) so make sure you head down before they disappear back to the US.
Shame I missed the local gig (been off on my adventures again…) However, Frank is heading to south by southwest representing higher rhythm, so will catch up with the guys in texas.
Session sounds great by the way, yes, it always helps when the band can play… these guys have it all.
Top work by all at inhaler for helping these guys out in their UK tour… more of the same required!
