		<description>it seems with all doncaster/s.yorkshire efforts there is always some backlash from unsavoury individuals (being &quot;same 6 songs for the past 4 years/going nowhere quickly bands).

a case study of this would be BOM fest set up by the lads from gaia. they recived flack for not having enough local bands. 

unfortunatly, a very select amount of doncaster bands (like any town) have the talent and skill to be able to play events like this and they should keep writing new material and expanding their fan base. 

good bands do well! FACT. rubbish bands who complain at every post who think they deserve to play festivals like this obviously need a lot more experience before they play with the big boys on the festival scene.

im sick of the culture of whiny bands (and DJs... they are just as bad!) that think they are too good to get their hands dirty and make an effort!

to all the bands that tried and failed, you now have learnt several valuable lessons! use them! don&#039;t throw them away in a hissy fit!
